Western Electric 2B Antenna Tuner Circa 1923 All Original Excellent Condition

Western Electric 2B Antenna Tuner. Serial #396.
Dimensions 10 1/2" x 10" x 6 3/4".  Net Weight 9.5 lbs/4.4kg.
An oldie and goodie from Western Electric. Circa 1923.
Inside both coils are good with DCR of about 10.0 Ohms reading.
There is little info on google search.  I am not sure what it does or how to use it.
But it seems it is suppose to go with the Western Electric 4D Receiver or similar.
From 1923 until now nearly a hundred years old!  Condition is so close to mint.
