    Description

    Pioneer SX-838 stereo receiver. It's minty all around! All functions checked through speakers , also with headphones . Power amp board had been recapped and noisy differential transistor pairs replaced as well. Phono and protection board are recapped as well, noise prone transistors in phono board are replaced. All switches and relay contacts were treated with contact cleaner. A few lamps were replaced. Continuous power output is 50 watts RMS per channel , at 8 ohms. Any questions - please ask me.
