Vintage MARX Railroad Crossing Sign Signals & LIONEL Flagman Pressed Steel Toy

This is a lot of 3 vintage toy train accessories. I'm not positive if these are prewar or not?
No. 1045 Flagman made by LIONEL. Measures 7.25" tall. Everything is original except the silver post that has been repainted. I also suspect that the arm that raises up and down has been replaced with a handmade piece.

lighted sign. Measures 8" tall. Has oval base and original wiring. Very nice, original condition.
