Vintage Luxman L-100U Integrated Amplifier - NOT WORKING -LOTS of new parts!

Vintage Luxman L-100u Integrated amp that's NOT WORKING.
This unit was made for Luxman's 50th anniversary in 1975.  The unit is complete, nothing missing inside.
Has many $$$ in new parts inside.
Almost all of the boards have been recapped with quality parts.
It has all new Onsemi output transistors, new diodes and difficult to find relays etc have been replaced.
Everything is fine inside, no burnt parts etc.  I was never able to finish working on it.
The face plate and side has a ID# inscribed on it unfortunately. See pics.  But it still looks great.
A recent severe illness has made it impossible for me to follow through on this project.
I am confident that someone of the correct knowledge could get this going.
This is a unique opportunity to acquire a classic piece of vintage Hi-Fi.
