STAR Holman QCSE-3-950H Conveyor Toaster 203V 15.3S

Description

I got this and it looked like someone had never cleaned it and then they put something ridiculous in there that stuck to one of the elements. They broke the glass element getting it out and got it all twisted up in the conveyor. With the element grounded to housing it was a injury waiting to happen (probably would just blow the breaker) so they cut the plug off of it. There is a guard in there so if you put something to tall on the toast it will knock it off before it gets to the element but whatever it was got past that.
I carefully removed the busted element. I set the conveyor right but it has a slightly damaged area, shown. Its hard to notice and doesn't impede operation.  I removed the exhaust fan and exhaust grille. I soaked the grille in solvent and was able to get it 100% clean. I used a toothbrush and solvent to clean the exhaust fan. I would say I got it 90% clean. I used degreaser to clean out the inside area. I cleaned all the grease off the motor fan blades and put a couple drops of oil on the motor shaft. I put a little more grease on the chain drive. I installed a new element to replace the broken one (ebay item 183327229088). Then I spent TWO HOURS cleaning it. Soaking and wiping, soaking and wiping. It still has some grease on it no doubt, but I think its clean enough that I would use it in my own kitchen in a heartbeat. I put the fan and the grille back in. I cleaned all of the trays. I took the face off the feed tray and cleaned behind it because you could see grease through the holes. It was missing a few screws so I replaced them. It has all the feet on it but I will take them off for shipping. The cord is in good shape. I cleaned it really well. I put a new configurable plug on so if your outlet doesn't exactly match you can change the orientation of the blades and use the thinner included blade if needed. The on/off button was worn through. I put a white sticker on it. Its a sticker that you put on flat packed furniture to cover the screw heads, thick. It will probably come off the first time you clean it. All of the functions work. The conveyor works on all speeds. All four of the heating elements work. All segments of the display work and are clear and bright.
If you plug it in and nothing happens its not happy with the power its receiving. If it says "off" then its good. Power it on. It will say "PREHEAT" for one minute and the CONVEYOR WILL NOT MOVE. Then after one minute the conveyor will begin the move at the last speed it was at when it turned off. It will STILL SAY "PREHEAT" FOR FOUR MINUTES. After five minutes of preheat it will let you use the controls. If you google the model number a PDF of the instructions comes right up.
