This is it!!! L@@K, it truly is the legendary SAP (Strumenti Acustici di Precisione) KT66-Based Anniversary Integrated Amplifier. If you don't already know, only a small batch (~10) of these were hand-made in Salerno, Italy -- where music is king. The output transformer is made in Japan to manufacturer's custom spec. Multiple inputs and speaker output optimized for 4ohm, 8ohm, and 16ohm. This is the tube amp for real audiophiles who want to **feel** the music as the original artists intended, capturing all the nuances, subtleties and gray areas where emotions, life and music blend together. When the amp was released, reviewers asked for specifications and in true purist Italian fashion, the crafter responded specs were not necessary to be disclosed because they were of no relevance to the listener. They can drive any speakers to a reasonable level; the parts are of the highest quality. You need only listen and enjoy.
I liken it to the Ferrari of amps, but without the Ferrari price tag. Both the build materials and aesthetics exude craftsmanship. World class sound of course. To be fair, if you are not familiar with SAP, they may be under-powered to some but that's the price for the type of musicality you get. They really shine and excel with either efficient speakers or as a pre-amp! Own not just a high performance piece of audio equipment, own a work of art, own a part of musical history.
Tested and working. Includes all tubes pictured. Two original screws were replaced that were holding down the tube cage (last pic). You will need your own power cord (standard 3-prong). If you listen to records, you DO need an EXTERNAL phono stage with this amp.
