The Sansui B-3000 is one of Sansui’s amplifiers from the mid-1980's that is highly sought after today. This model is rated at 120 watts per channel with a low distortion rate of 0.05%! Sansui over-engineered these units to the point that they regularly produce power that significantly exceeds this rating.The B-3000 produces beautifully rich audio because it was engineered with a sharp attention to detail, the highest quality components, and hand-crafted workmanship.
The B-3000 was engineered with highly flexible features such as:

This unit has been restored, is in good good condition, and sounds truly beautiful!
+ All of the aluminum electrolytic capacitors have been replaced on the power amp driver circuit board and the mother board with brand-new high-quality
Nichicon / (Muse), Elna Silmic II, and Panasonic FC
series capacitors.
+ The exterior is in very good condition with blemishes, scuffs, scratches, and / or other imperfections typical of its age
+ All controls have been deoxidized
+ All lights/LEDs are fully operational

This unit weighs approximately 25 pounds fully packed. The shipping charge includes extensive packaging in accordance with audiophile practices.
Your Sansui will be packed using multiple layers of new large bubble wrap, new styrofoam sheeting, and/ styrofoam filler to ensure safe delivery. Our packing is better than most items purchased new!

The unit will perform perfectly as described in the description above. After recapping and replacing other diodes and transistors common imperfections may exist such as; (cosmetic) paint surface imperfections in an area where labeling exists and any refinishing would compromise the labels, dust in VU meters, insignificant noise in switches or potentiometers, transformer hum, or other age-related characteristics. Any returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with the customer responsible for return shipping amount.
