    Description

******* PRICE is ****** This is a game-used and unbroken stick of longtime minor league hockey tough guy defenseman-enforcer Pete Vandermeer. He used this stick in the 2007-08 NHL preseason with the Phoenix Coyotes, who called him up from the AHL's San Antonio Rampage (where he had 2 goals, 6 assists and 332 penalty minutes in 38 games) in February 2008 and he suited up for his only two NHL games. This Reebok 7V Pro Lite Sick Kick stick shows good overall use with all original tape on the knob and blade. It is a 100 Stiff Flex with P. VANDERMEER stamping on the shaft (his brother Jim also played in the NHL) with #75 written at the top and bottom on the knob tape and atop the name stamping. That was the jersey number Pete wore in the 07-08 preseason and he switched to #14 for the two regular-season games that included the Feb. 10, 2008 home gams Nashville. Vandermeer played in the WHL, AHL, ECHL and CHL from 1992-2016 before retiring. This stick was o
btained directly from the Coyotes in a 2009 bulk buy.
