Handmade Fabric Bunting Pennant Banner 56” Vintage Coverlet Quilt and Vintage Lace Edging. Condition is New. This darling bunting was handmade by me out of a vintage coverlet quilt in pink, mint green and yellow. I used mint green vintage lace as the trim to hang them all together. There is a loop on each end for hanging. This measures 56” from one end of the trim to the other. There are 7 triangle buntings and they each measure 6” x 8”. The back is the same print as the front of the vintage quilt. A coverlet vintage quilt is a quilt that the design is printed on the cotton fabric instead of pieced and sewn together. It is then machine quilted. This bunting could be used for holidays, parties or everyday decor. Please look at all the pictures as they are part of the description. I make hundreds of buntings, pillows, hearts, trees and pumpkins every year out of vintage textiles and no two are alike. I use mostly vintage quilts to make the buntings. They may show some imperfections from the fabrics being used and loved for years. This is a characteristic of vintage textiles and this is what tells their wonderful stories. I personally think the more worn and tattered the better.
