Marantz 8B Tube Amplifier Good Condition for Repair (Bad Power Transformer)

Hi folks. I have a Marantz 8B here. It is complete except for the output tubes. It is in nice physical condition with overall light wear.  The cage for the transformers is there but it doesn't have a tube cage.
This is NOT working.
A previous owner diagnosed it with a bad power transformer and cut the power transformer wires as part of the testing. They are cut right where they would connect, so they're still full-length. You can get a new toroidal transformer made, de-pot the old transformer, stick the toroid in there, wire it up, and be done. It is possible that the choke is bad too, but I will guarantee the output transformers to be good.
This appears to be original underneath and will need the usual updates. Physical condition is very good overall, but this has some very light corrosion/bubbling on the front in the center, and a tiny bit of it on the top of the transformer cover. The little front "Marantz" badge is missing, the feet/screws are missing, and the fuseholder cap has a large chip.  The bias meter has some minor corrosion under the paint on the rim, and has some light rust where the rim of the meter meets the chassis (so you can't see it normally).
This is sold as non-working, for restoration.
Once restored, this will be an incredible amplifier.
Once again, please note that this is sold as NON-WORKING.
