    1944 SCOTT 465 Victory handstamp overprint mint o.g. having been lightly hinged and with disturbed original gum traces. It has a bottom straight-edge. I sell this stamp with MY FULL GUARANTEE that it is genuine in all respects. I will refund the full purchase price to any buyer who obtains a certificate for APES or Philatelic Foundation stating it is not genuine and returns the stamp and the certificate to me within maximum 4 months. Refunds and claims will be direct to the buyer and myself through Paypal and not through eBay's system. I will refund the full purchase price plus shipping costs to and from Australia in that event.
