Luxman Laboratory Reference series LRS. If you looking for that Vintage HiFi sound, this is it. Way better sounding than most Pioneer, Sansui, Yamaha, Kenwood and Marantz receivers from the late 70s era.
Does NOT included 5M21 amp with meters amp in photos, it’s not part of the sale. It’s the amp at the bottom of the stack.
These 6 items are what’s for sale:
5C50 pre amp was rebuilt, 5M20 amp is 100w and was rebuilt, 5F70 tone control was rebuilt, 5E24 peak level indicator, 5T50 tuner, 5G12 EQ.
NOTE: Two of the interior pics of the amp were photographed before the rebuild. I am showing a closeup of the DMLs in the one pic. DMLs are electronic parts incased in black plastic boxes. The boxes were Notorious for having issues. This amp came with the newer Luxman factory replacement. They are open.
All pieces work as they should. Their are no DML issues because they were factory replaced with the new style (look that up).
The set is very clean with limited flaws. The original owner took excellent care of this set. I have some of the little extra parts that cover the feet placement and a set of original rack mount plates for the EQ. Local Pickup only.
