Fisher X-1000 EL34 Tube Integrated Amplifier Restored Amazing Condition 1960

Description

Very rare EL-34 based Fisher X-1000 tube integrated amplifier.  Fully restored about 5 years ago and little used since. Sounds great.  Fisher states 110 watts power for these in period literature.  I have seen maybe 20 or so of these sell in the last 10 years that I have been paying attention - so they can't have made very many.  Output and power transformers are dated 1960. The biggest flaw this has is a scratch in the faceplate near the F in Fisher - see pictures.  Knobs and faceplate jewels are original.  Remote control plug has been internally bypassed -no need for the dummy plug and problems it can cause.  Output tubes are 80s vintage and made by Tesla - they are branded Pentalabs and have about 20 hours on them since being purchased as NOS.  Small tubes are a mix of New and Vintage.  Cabinet is a very well done reproduction that is super sturdy and was very expensive.  Due to its age and uniqueness this is sold as is with no returns unless not as described or damaged in shipping.  I am in central California and happy to meet a buyer from Bay Area, Sacramento or LA to avoid the risks of shipping damage. That said, I am confident I can pack this for safe transit.   Any locals are welcome to come by for an in person look / listen.
