These slings go over your head and one shoulder for 3 point carry and hands free positioning across your chest. They also work in normal 2 point shoulder carry for African or American carry.  They're great for climbing into a deer stand carrying your rifle hands free.  I love these slings to comfortably carry a firearm at high or low ready while walking woods, hunting deer, coyotes, or anything else.  They can also carry on your back, then pivot in front with one hand to low or high ready.    I've had one of these on my rifle for some time and love it!
