    Canal Zone 39.SA specimen overprint, F/VF NH, 200 exist
    This is a lovely Canal Zone 39, 2c Cordoba Type 2 overprint issue, with a large blue American Bank Note specimen overprint applied and hole punched (as always), centered F/VF. (There were several different Specime overprints used on #38, so this one is identified as CZSG 39.SA. Fresh clean gum, with plate # and initials in pencil on back as always. Folded lower right corner perf. Exceedingly rare as only 200 were issued by American Bank Note. Great addition to a CZ collection.
