Note that the tool itself is mounted onto a base of a fibrous type of wood… Possibly man-made wood. As you can clearly see in the pictures part of that is completely cracked through and broken off. The tool itself appears to be in good working condition. I am not an expert on this tool I’ve never used one of these tools. Buyer beware.
