  • Condition: Skillfully Crafted using Safety Pins and colorful accent bead work, this head dress flexes and adapts from a closed dimension of about 3" to an expanded horizontal dimension of about 5". The key here is that it flexes and bends and shows no signs of falling apart. That's the key consideration because the 25 safety pins are are bound, top and bottom, by common threads that show no sign of fatigue and/or failure. That's the shape it's in: well crafted and showing no signs of falling apart. The tassels that suspend the four feathers are also in very good condition and the feather attachments are pristine.

    Red, White and Black Bead Head Dress, 3-5 " in width, about 4" in length (front to back).  Over all "length", including the feather tassels, is about 24 inches
