This sale is for a 2014 King Ghidorah figure, from the Playmates line, about seven inches tall and ten inches long, with a nine-inch wingspan. It is made from hollow plastic and vinyl. The paint appears to be in good shape.  Articulation is limited to the tail and wings, the other areas that look like they SHOULD move, don't.
I’ve taken several pictures for clarity. This is the original, not a knockoff, and I've taken pictures of the foot-bottoms to show the markings.
