Here's a 1923 Type 311 portable one-tube radio manufactured by The Colin B. Kennedy Co. of St. Louis and San Francisco. The radio comes with a good headset and a good brass base, tipped 01A tube.
Condition is outstanding, and the radio still works. The panel is in excellent condition, with no scratches, no scarring, no dull or muddy areas.  The dials are likewise in excellent condition, with no brass peeking through the enamel. All of the binding post nuts on the back of the radio are original, and no nuts are missing.  The lid labels are original and complete, and they're in excellent condition, with no stains, no damage.
Inside, the chassis looks as you would expect given the condition of the exterior, which is to say clean and correct, with no repairs or modifications. The cabinet is in excellent condition, the handle is original, and the finish is original. Original battery straps are still present in the battery compartment, and they're in excellent condition.  All of the original battery wires are also present. The USVB headset is in good condition, with good drivers and a good cord.
As noted above, the radio works.  If you want to power up the radio, you'll need a good regulated DC power supply (such as an ARBEIII) and a clean, outdoor copper line antenna that's at least 100 feet long and 20 feet above the ground. You'll also need a good indoor ground connection and a bit of patience; tuning can be tricky.
That's about it.  I will pack it carefully and properly.  I've been shipping antique phonographs and wireless sets for years, and I know how to get fragile antiques to you safely. Auction participants with no prior feedback history should also contact me before placing a bid.
